2. Almasi Consulting (Client Data)
For our consulting clients, we collect only the "bare minimum" required to fulfill our contractual obligations.

Data Collected: Name, business email, company address, VAT number, and project-specific files.

Purpose: To execute contracts, provide services, and handle billing.

Storage: Data is stored securely in our private company cloud and Google Workspace. We do not use this data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
3. Cap de Nice Press Limited (Podcast & Media)
When you participate in The No Nonsense Sustainability or other podcasts, or "Buzzword Challenges," we process your "Likeness Data."

Data Collected: Name, email, professional bio, social media handles, and your image/voice (audio/video recordings).

The "Buzzword Challenge" Consent: For participants at conferences (e.g., IAIA), we obtain verbal consent on camera before recording. By participating, you agree to your likeness being used in short-form content for social media and podcast promotion.

Processing Tools: We use Riverside.fm for recording and Google Workspace/SSD drives for storage.

Distribution: Content is published via RSS feeds (distributed to Apple, Spotify, etc.), YouTube, and social media platforms.

Legal Basis: We process this data based on Consent (for the recording) and Legitimate Interest (for the production of journalistic/educational content).
4. Data Storage & Security
We take security seriously. Your data is stored across:

Physical encrypted SSD drives.

Secure cloud environments (Google Workspace).

Encrypted mobile devices (iPhone).

International Data Transfers: As we are a UK-based entity, data collected at international events (such as IAIA in Canada) will be transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom. We ensure that such transfers comply with UK GDPR and relevant local privacy laws (e.g., Law 25 in Québec) to maintain the security of your likeness and personal information.
5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
As a UK-based subject (or someone interacting with a UK company), you have the following rights:
